The Google Pixel 2 features a 5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a pixel density of 587ppi. The capacitive multi-touch display comes protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 2.45GHz. The device offers 6GB of RAM to provide a lag-free experience along with Adreno 540 GPU. In terms of optics, the smartphone sports a 13MP primary camera sensor that comes with dual LED flash, phase detection autofocus, ISO control and more. There is also an 8MP camera sensor on the front for capturing amazing the selfies. The device is backed by the a 3,000mAh battery and supports fast charging and provide decent endurance. On connectivity front, there is 4G, VoLTE, 3G, 2G Wi-Fi, GPS with AGPS and GLONASS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C support. The Google Pixel 2 gets tough competition from the Apple iPhone 6s, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and the HTC U Ultra in terms of price and specifications.
