Sony Mobile has rolled out three devices – new Xperia L2, Xperia XA2, and Xperia XA2 Ultra. The unveiling took place at CES 2018 and all the three smartphones feature Qnovo Adaptive Charging. Interestingly, this launch comes a few days after all the three handsets renders were leaked. On one hand, Sony Xperia L2, the entry-level phone will sgo on sale in India by the end of January while the other two Selfie-specialist phones will be available for sale from the starting of February. Sony Xperia L2, Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra Specifications
The new Xperia L2 is powered by quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor while the other two Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC. The new Xperia XA2 range doesn’t carry a full-screen or nearly bezel-less display and is accompanied by a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. The Sony Xperia L2 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box and sports a 5.5-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels.
The successor of last year’s Xperia L1, this smartphone braces Image Enhance Technology. On the other hand, the Sony Xperia XA2 is donning a 5.2-inch full-HD display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels while Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra has a 6-inch full-HD display. All the three handsets come with a Gorilla Glass protection.
Sony Xperia L2, Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra Camera
The Xperia XA2 carries a front camera of 8-megapixel with f/2.4 wide-angle lens and 1/4-inch Exmor R 120-degree mobile image sensor while the Xperia XA2 Ultra has a dual selfie camera setup, where the primary camera is of 16-megapixel and the secondary camera of 8-megapixel. The Xperia L2 has an 8-megapixel with an f/2.4 aperture and 120-degree wide angle front sensor best suited for selfies and the video calling. Both Xperia A2 and A2 Ultra carry a 23-megapixel Exmor RS camera sensor, which is 1/2.3-inch in size and have a wide angle lens of f/2.0. Alongside, the company’s proprietary SteadyShot functionality, both the handsets also carry camera sensor with hybrid autofocus apart from 4K video recording. As far as the Xperia L2 is concerned, it carries a 13-megapixel rear sensor with f/2.0 an aperture.
