The leak is said to have been sourced from a recent post by Weibo. Officially, the phone is to be launched on the coming 11th September. The leaked details of the phone are expected to heat up the smartphone market all the more, giving a glimpse of the high-end smartphone.
Just like the trailer of a movie, the speculated unveiling of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is giving an insight of the phone’s features and display. The leaks are pouring in at the rate of knots and the latest rumor suggests that the phone will come equipped with Snapdragon 836 SOC, and the thing to take a note of is that the Snapdragon 836 SOC is yet to be announced by Qualcomm, which if not happen soon the phone will feature the Snapdragon 835 SOC under its hood. The flagship smartphone is claimed to be paired with 6 or 8 GB RAM teamed up with 128 or 256 GB internal storage. The speculation also reveals that the phone run the latest Android version, Android 8.0 Oreo.
The leaked images show a dual carved display of 6.2-inch with a screen resolution of 1440 × 2960 pixels, and if the leaks proves to be true, Mi Mix 2 is sure to grab the attention of the people who follow “good looks” for their smartphone. The predecessor original Mi Max, released last year, flaunts a high screen-to-body ratio setting the expectations soaring for the Mi Mix 2.
