Spotted on the listing of the benchmarking website Geekbench, it purely shows that the Xiaomi is soon going to launch a new smartphone. According to the results on the website, it can be predicted that Xiaomi’s Mi A1 smartphone will be packed with Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 clocked at 2.0 GHz. Nothing has been officially revealed including its name “A1”. It can be a code name given to make it Android One (1), which can be the very first Xiaomi smartphone running on a stock version of Android.
According to the Geekbench reports, Mi A1 can also be the brand’s upcoming Mi 5X phone. Going further in the report, this new smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 and might have a 4GB RAM. With this configuration, it will be capable to run Android 7.1.2 Nougat seamlessly. This device might have a 5.5-inch full HD display (1920 X 1080 px) with 2.5D glass cover along with a pixel density of 401.
Well, the rumours online say that Mi 5X will be for China while Mi A1 will be launched for the international market. The major point differentiating both the devices is going to be the operating system.
