Now Make WhatsApp Group Call And Add Up To Three Participants

WhatsApp is not letting any corner left untouched and that is why every now and then it is coming up with something new. Firstly, it started with WhatsApp business, then it introduced a new feature where users may switch voice call to video call just by tapping a button (vice-versa is also true) and now it has added a feature that will allow users to include up to three participants in any group call. Although it is not unprecedented, the pace with which the Facebook-owned messaging app is unveiling new things, it seems that this cross-platform and voice over service provider will not let anyone usurp its throne.

If the reports in WABetaInfo, which is a fan site that tests new WhatsApp features, are to be believed, then this latest feature of allowing three participants in a group call in WhatsApp is available for the Android beta version 2.18.39. This means that in a group call on WhatsApp, four people can converse easily. Although, it is blurred that this feature of adding three participants will be available for voice calls or video calls. As per this report, this amazing feature will be allowing everyone to use it in the future, but when, it is not clear till now.

WhatsApp has around 1.5 billion monthly active users in more than 50 different languages all across the globe. Interestingly, it is available in 10 Indian languages and with over 200 million active users, India is one of the largest WhatsApp markets. Therefore, Indian users may keep their fingers crossed and wait for the unveiling of this latest feature. If one may recall, recently in the country WhatsApp Business app for small and medium enterprises has been launched and even Xiaomi has come up with WhatsApp based Mi Bunny subscription service in India. This shows how many Indian users are keen to embrace any new feature of WhatsApp.
