Quite recently, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) revealed the model number and the codename of Nokia 9 that is going to be launched on January 19 according to rumours. The device with the model number TA-1005 and codename Avatar would be having a lot of additional features supposedly.
As of now, there is no particular information on the processor according to the Geekbench listing, but it has been known that it will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset. Other than that, The SD 835 chip will be accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and the device will come pre-installed with Android 8.0 Oreo OS. The Nokia 9 has set a record of scoring 1,910 and 6,796 in a single core test and a multi-core test respectively.
A few months ago HMD global already released Nokia 8, that was a Snapdragon 835 powered phone which came with a 5.3-inch QHD display that was surrounded by thick bezels. But the main problem with it was that it couldn’t compete with the ongoing trend of full-screen design. A leaked render of Nokia 9 showed that it would be coming with the bezel-less design.

6 days agoThe other features that would be present in the Nokia 9 according to the listing of FCC will be a 5.5-inch screen supplied by LG Display. However, the exact resolution of the screen is not known. It is likely that it may carry support for FHD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Other features would be dual selfie snappers, 12-megapixel + 13-megapixel dual camera system and a fingerprint scanner & an internal storage of 128 GB. And lastly, the Nokia 9 would be fueled by a 3,250mAh battery.
