Nokia 9 Renders Show Missing Headphone Jack And Thin Bezels

Nokia is back in the game again and has released a couple of smartphones during 2017. There are rumors again that the Finnish multinational giant is all set to launch another flagship phone, the Nokia 9. Previously a number of leaks and speculations had been floating around the internet about the Nokia 9 and now we have a 3D video as well as some images to make it clear how the smartphone would look like, thanks to Onleaks and CompareRaja.

The images posted by OnLeaks are based on CAD designs and they give a clear image of the exterior design of the smartphone. OnLeaks has a pretty good reputation and most of its leaks have been fairly accurate in the past. The Nokia 9 is expected to come with a curved glass display somewhat similar to the Samsung Galaxy 8 and we might see a large reduction in bezels. It will feature a large 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED screen.

The images also revealed a fingerprint sensor and a dual camera setup(from Zeiss Optics) at the rear. The only port on the phone is the Type C USB port. Yes, you heard it right. There was no sign of the 3.5 mm headphone jack to be seen in the video or the images leaked. The Nokia 9 will have dimensions of 140.9mm Length X 72.99mm Width X 7.5mm Depth. The device is also rumored to come with IP68 water and dust resistance.

The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and a 4GB RAM. However, there are rumors that suggest a 6GB and an 8GB variant of the smartphone with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. We can expect the Nokia 9 to run on the latest Android Oreo platform.
