Nokia is all set to release the successor of Nokia 3310 somewhere in late February 2018 in Mobile World Congress (MWC). Certainly, this is not officially stated by the Finnish company, but one can expect it as earlier, as the original Nokia 3310 was released in Barcelona at MWC, 2017. Interestingly, the smartphone specifications have been unraveled by TENAA listing after the certification was spotted earlier by Fonearena.
The handset Nokia 3310 4G is having a faster chip with improved and larger storage. Perhaps, this is the result of the dual-core processor, which the smartphone is carrying. Furthermore, the 1.5GHz dual-core processor is accompanied with 256MB of RAM and 512MB of memory storage capacity. One can see the contrast between the original Nokia 3310 and Nokia 3310 4G, as the former one had a 360MHz single-core processor with 64MB of storage. Strikingly, earlier the online presence of the handset showed that the new Nokia model number TA- 1077 to run on YunOS 5.2.0.
As far as the aesthetics are concerned, Nokia 3310 4G would be similar to the original smartphone Nokia 3310. Surprisingly, the phone is also sporting a 2.4-inch TFT, which is a non-touch display with a screen resolution of 240×240 pixels. The battery is going to be the same as the original one – 1200mAh battery.
