Xiaomi recently unveiled its most awaited bezel-less smartphone, the Mi Mix 2 during an event held in Beijing. Its predecessor had received an amazing response last year and we expect the same for the Mi Mix 2 as well especially with the introduction of a bezel less display. Xiaomi also revealed two additional products along with the smartphone: The Mi Note 3 and Mi Notebook Pro.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix was restricted to be sold in the Chinese market only. However, this year Xiaomi is planning to compete in the global market and India being one the of the largest smartphone consumer, the company has announced to release the Mi Mix 2 for the Indian users.

Manu Kumar Jain, Vice president and MD at Xiaomi India twitted, ” Breaking news Mi Fans: Mi MIX 2 will be launching in India soon, RT if you are excited about this amazing news”. Even though there is no official date and time for the launch mentioned in the tweet, we can expect the smartphone to be available for the next month during the festive season for maximum sale.

This year Xiaomi is all set to intrude the global market and after India, the Chinese giant might enter the US market as well. The Mi Mix 2 is highly capable of competing with most of the upcoming high-end devices including the iPhone X and Galaxy note 8.

Many Xiaomi fans are eagerly awaiting to get their hands on the smartphone.To recall, the Mi Mix 2 features a bezel-less display with 5.99-inch Full HD display and is integrated with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 super-fast chipset. The smartphone is available in three variants:64 GB, 128GB, and 256GB, all of them with 6GB RAM. There is also a special edition variant available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of Storage.
