Rumours of OnePlus’ alleged upcoming smartphone, OnePlus 5t have received strong backing when the co-founders of the Chinese tech giant shared photographs captured from a mysterious smartphone, speculated to be OnePlus 5T.
The co-founder of OnePlus, Carl Pei and Pete Lau shared posted two mysterious photos on Twitter which are presumed to be taken from OnePlus 5T. Recently, a hands-on image of the smartphone also surfaced on the internet the showing very thin bezels on the smartphone.
However, the top company executives have not named the device from which these photographs were captured but there are some strong speculations that these images are the first camera samples of none another device than the OnePlus 5T.

Pei tweeted a photograph with the caption, “Cool photo, must have come from a great camera”. Lau shared a somewhat similar tweet, “Impressive photo. Must be a great camera”, but with a different photograph.

Assuming that these photographs have been taken from OnePlus 5T’s camera, we can say that company is making some serious improvements in its upcoming device. The camera on OnePlus 3, 3T and 5 have been lauded for delivering extraordinary results. And now, the company – what can be derived from the shared images – seems to be focusing on low light photography as well. Possibilities include both wider apertures, a larger lens sensor or software enhancements. The photo shared by Lau shows that the camera on the OnePlus 5T depicts long exposure and slow shutter speed photography.
All of the above information remain pure speculations and it is recommended to take it with a pinch of salt as there is no official statement by OnePlus is respect to its upcoming flagship smartphone. As of now, it is rumoured to be unveiled on November 20.
Meanwhile, a hand-one image was also leaked showing missing iconic home button. Another listing in a screenshot of the OnePlus 5T by Antutu benchmark suggested that the smartphone may come with a dual 20MP camera setup on the rear. Several other leaks suggest bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio, Android Oreo, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
