The new buzz in the rumor mill is that Sony will be launching its new flagship device at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 tech event, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain. The smartphone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor and is rumored to be named as Xperia XZ Pro. The handset might make it to the market by June 2018 and may carry the price tag of 6,000 Yuan. This could be the first handset from Sony in 2018 that will be accompanied by a dual rear camera setup.
Although, nothing has been stated officially, still one can believe this informations to be true as recently Don Mesa, the Vice President of Marketing, Sony, North America, in an interview revealed the intentions of the company of planning to launch more smartphones with a dual rear camera setup and full-screen design in 2018.

Apart from the Snapdragon 845 SoC, the handset is expected to be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage capacity. The device will sport a 5.7-inch OLED display and will be delivering 4K resolution. Alongside these features, the Xperia XZ Pro will be powered by 3,420mAh battery, Android 8.0 Oreo Operating System and microSD card slot. Furthermore, the handset is also rumored to be released in two variants- single-SIM and dual-SIM with IP68 certified chassis.

On the photography end, the smartphone will be equipped by a dual-rear camera setup of an 18-megapixel sensor (pixel size – 1.33μm) and a 12-megapixel camera sensor (pixel size – 1.38μm) while the selfie camera will be a 13-megapixel camera sensor.
