Highlights
- The 6-inch screen is one of the largest and an OLED unit
- Launch expected by end of this month, it will be LG's flagship model
- Design cues in the render suggest very negligible bezels
LG is all set to introduce the LG V30, their new flagship smartphone which is expected to be introduced by end of this month. Despite the company being hush about its design or specifications, a new render has just leaked thanks to Twitter tweeter Evan Blass. At first glance, the LG V30 may look like a thinner LG G6, however, after observing the render closely, one would make out the host of visual changes.
These changes, to say the least, are a delight. The display screen is a 6-inch OLED unit which has absolutely negligible bezels at the top and the bottom of the screen. This would certainly enhance an immersive user experience as technically, the front is only the display.
The minimalistic design approach will surely attract buyers considering the fact that not just the front, the rear also has a very clean design. At the rear, the LG V30 boasts of a dual camera with possibly a dual LED flash and a fingerprint sensor. No antenna lines or any other gibberish technology spoils the neat look here.

Compared to the earlier V series iterations, the V10 and V20, the new model has lost not just a lot of weight, but has dimensions similar to the G6. LG claimed that in order to make the V10 and V20 outshine its competitors in the audio and the performance aspects, they had to go with a fairly large phone. However, with the new V30, LG seems to have taken care of that as it seems to be able to fit in one hand.
