Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018) might be the first smartphone launched by the South Korean giant in 2018. The company has started sending invites for an event that it will host in India. The event that company is calling “the year’s first big innovation” will commence on January 10 in New Delhi.
Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018) Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018) features a 6-inch FHD Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels. The display will be Infinity Display with a screen resolution of 18:5:9. The processor on the phone is yet not known but it is safe to say that it will be an octa-core one.
There is a 16MP camera sensor on the rear with an aperture of f/1.7 and PDAF. On the front, there is a dual camera setup with a 16MP camera sensor and an 8MP camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.9.
The device will come in two memory variants – 4GB RAM/32GB inbuilt storage and 6GB RAM/64GB in-built storage that can be expanded up to 256GB. The phone is backed by 3500mAh battery that supports fast charging.
